Shipping Costs:

Domestic and International customers: For your convenience, we will be happy to calculate the cost to ship your order before you place it. Simply email your list of items and we will calculate the actual cost of shipping to your destination.

Domestic orders under 8 ounces will be sent by First Class Mail and over that weight will go by Priority Mail. International orders will travel by USPS Global Priority Mail.

There are no handling charges and your quotes will be in US dollars.

Exchange Policy: 

Yarn is exchangeable with email confirmation and must be in the original condition and a copy of your receipt must accompany the exchange. Unless agreed upon in advance, the standard return policy is 30 days from purchase.
